1. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.
- All purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded or modified once placed.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at contactsagefi@gmail.com.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the defective or damaged product.
- Once we review the claim, we will determine if a replacement or store credit is applicable.
- Claims made after 7 calendar days of delivery will not be accepted.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by mishandling, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
3. CANCELLATIONS & ORDER MODIFICATIONS
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
- If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please contact us immediately at contact@sagefiusa.com. However, we cannot guarantee address changes after processing.
