1. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
- Standard Processing Time: Orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). However, items may be processed and shipped sooner.
- Shipping Timeframe: Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5-7 business days for U.S. orders.
- Order Processing Cutoff: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
- Shipping carriers are selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements for U.S. and international orders.
- International Customers: SAGE FI is not responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply. These costs are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
2. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates after shipment confirmation.
- If your package has not arrived within 7-10 business days of the confirmed shipment date, please contact us at contactsagefi@gmail.com for assistance.
3. HOLIDAY & HIGH-VOLUME SHIPPING DELAYS
- During peak seasons, including holidays and sales events, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.
- We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
4. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
- SAGE FI is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
- If your tracking number shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with your local carrier.
- Look around your delivery location.
- Contact neighbors or building management.
- If still unresolved, file a claim with the shipping carrier before contacting us.
5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may experience delays or cancellations.
- If you enter an incorrect shipping address and your order has not yet shipped, contact contactsagefi@gmail.com immediately. If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address, and additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS FEES
- International orders may take 15-30 business days for delivery, depending on customs clearance and the destination country.
- Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid upon delivery.
- If an international shipment is refused due to unpaid duties/taxes, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
7. ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY
- Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications.
- If you need to request an order change, please contact us at contact@sagefiusa.com within 24 hours of purchase.
